Our commitment
AliCarParts.com aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is included in design, development, content, and testing rather than treated as a one-time checklist.
Accessibility features
- Skip navigation and semantic page landmarks
- Logical headings and labeled native form controls
- Visible keyboard focus and no keyboard traps
- Status and error messages exposed to assistive technology
- Text and interface contrast designed for Level AA
- Reflow across mobile screens and at browser zoom
- Touch-friendly controls and reduced-motion support
Using the parts finder
Each selection enables the next labeled control. Loading, completion, and error states are announced in a status region. If a catalog request fails, the retry action is available by keyboard and touch. Quick search remains available as another route.
Testing and limitations
We test common desktop and mobile layouts, keyboard-only operation, form labels, focus visibility, heading structure, alternative text, reduced motion, and horizontal reflow. Supplier pages and other external services are outside our control. Automated checks help find issues but do not replace testing with people and assistive technology.
Feedback and assistance
If a barrier prevents you from finding a part or reading a policy, email support@alicarparts.com. Include the page, the task, browser, and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing them. We will work to provide the information in an accessible format and prioritize barriers that block task completion.
